Q.How do I book a party ?

- To secure a date, a deposit of $100.00 is required in order to reserve the date.
- If we do not receive your deposit within 5 days of our communication, this party date will be automatically released
- Remainder must be paid at the beginning of the party.
Q.Do you have a minimum / maximum attendance?
- Parties may be scheduled for up to 8 or more children.
- If less than 8 attend your party, you will still be charged for 8 children.
- Recommended maximum attendance for most parties is 12 children including the guest of honor.

Q.How far in advance do I need to book?
- We would suggest calling at least 3-4 weeks in advance.
Q.What if I need to cancel or postpone my party?
- If you have to postpone, we will work with you to reschedule your party to another day that will work but you must cancel before 1 week prior to the party.
- You will be responsible to pay for an items bought for the party that are perishable and will have to be rebought for the next party.
- The $100.00 deposit is non-refundable, but it can be applied towards the cost of another party if held within 90 days of the original party date.
- If you choose to cancel our services for ANY reason, your deposit will not be refunded.
- As the host, you will need to notify your guests as to the cancellation.
- If it is necessary to resend invitations there will be a charge of $1.50-$2.50 per invitation

Q.When do you need the final RSVP count?
- We will need your final RSVP’s no later than 5 days prior to the party.
- You may email it to us or we will call you.
- The number you give us is what we will use to prepare for the party.Elegant Eventz will then determine the appropriate quantities of , favors.
Q. Can siblings of the guests stay?
- As long as they are supervised. We provide many accessories that contain small parts at many of our parties and they may not be appropriate for very small children.
- we prepare our parties based on the final headcount given to us prior to the party. Siblings, who are not guests of the birthday child, will not be permitted to use any equipment brought by Elegant eventz
Q.May Boys attend?
We welcome boys at most parties.
Q. What happens if guests arrive late?
Because our parties are based on a schedule, they work best when all guests arrive on time. Those guests coming late may join the party at whatever point it has progressed to.

What happens if a guest has food allergies ?
- It will be your responsibility to check for food allergies.
- Should any of your guests have food allergies, we will try our best to be accommodating.
- If a guest should have severe allergies, we recommend that either you or the child’s parent provide an alternate menu for that child.
Q. What do I need to do for the party?
- provide an area for dress-up, activities, and eating
- provide a gathering place for parents of the guests
who wish to stay
- please leave us some space to park in your driveway or in front of your home where we will not be blocked in. We would appreciate an easy access, as we have a lot of heavy items to carry into your party.
Additional policies
We will drive within a 35 mile radius from zip code 94552 for no extra charge. Outside the 35 mile radius, a $25 travel fee applies.
We accept personal checks, money orders, & cash. A $25.00 fee will be charged for checks returned for NSF.
Our employees assume no responsibility or liability for accidents or damages. In the event of damage or loss of Elegant Eventz inventory and/or damage or loss to the party’s location, the financial responsibility lies entirely on the client.

or its employees are not responsible for allergic reactions or any other medical reaction stemming from the menu, wearing of costumes, or any activity taken place before, during and/or after the party. In the case of liability and/or financial remuneration due to the aforementioned, the responsibility lies strictly with the customer.
